Indeed a heavy lift (especially with current dems even) but easier than an amendment. Unfortunately I'm afraid all the solutions are either politically or logistically (win forever!) impossible which is just so depressing

If I recall my sixth grade social studies class correctly, FDR’s very real threat to expand the court resulted in resignations, which allowed him to appoint replacements.
