Enroute down to Westminster to be sworn in for the new Parliament as MP for Warrington North, on what I hope will be one of the last Avanti West Coast services before we begin proceedings to review their franchise contract. Cheers to that! ☕

We did it! We now have two Labour MPs in Warrington, a Labour council and, most excitingly after 14 years in opposition, a Labour Government!! It hasn't sunk in yet that this is all actually happening. And maybe it never will. But until then, nice to just be cracking on with things! 🌹

We've been all over Warrington North in this campaign, speaking to residents about their priorities and ensuring we leave absolutely nothing to chance. The response has been phenomenal, but tomorrow it's crunch time- if you want change, you have to go out and vote for it 🌹🗳️

Some gorgeously sunny campaigning all over Warrington North, which feels like an entirely different experience to 2019's winter election and getting rained on every day. 10/10 would have a summer election again 🌞🌹🗳️🍦

The election isn't the only "Krazy Race" in town today! Had a proper laugh at Warrington Krazy Races soapbox derby earlier, big shout out to We Are Warrington for putting it on- town was absolutely packed which is great news for all our local businesses and the community who all joined in 👏

Out doorknocking in Burtonwood, Orford, and Poplars and Hulme today. Loved this Crafty Bees honesty box selling fresh local honey on Tennyson Drive (there's another one on Lumber Lane too)! They'll definitely need a restock after me, Robin and Claire bought some 🐝🍯❤️

Been loving seeing how many houses are decked out in support of Warrington Wolves ahead of tomorrow's Challenge Cup Final, as we've been out doorknocking in Orford, Poplars and Hulme, and Fairfield and Howley. I've bought my ticket for Wembley- hope to see lots of you there! 🐺🏆

Such sad news. Since his diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in 2019, Rob Burrow raised an incredible £10million into research into a cure and showed all of us, with Kevin Sinfield, the very best of friendship. A true inspiration. May his memory forever be a blessing ❤️

A very rainy round on the doors in Fairfield and Howley this morning, but the sun finally came out for two rounds for the Warrington North team in Poulton South this afternoon! Lots of great conversations with residents voting Labour, many for the first time, and casework picked up along the way.
