Part of the acting lessons i took was about observation of people in everyday life, could be part of this perhaps. Still scanning everyone for tips on how people interact 😅 Oh and I know I hold my breath a lot, my husband comments on this. Or rather, on my letting it go noisily after holding it 😆

Two things: 1) does everyone notice this sort of thing? 2) what do *I* always say/do 😂 harder to focus the spotlight inwards (and I know I’ve spotted some and immediately discontinued use…!)

I often notice the repeated tics people around me have - a colleague who always said ‘just so you know’, someone who always likes to say ‘the reality is’ to emphasise their point of view, my boss clicking his fingers when he’s walking around…

I suspect there’s still a lot of learning to do; the good sessions were definitely entwined with quite secure restraint/gags - but that’s always been My Thing anyway, so i’m not entirely sure I *need* to disentangle those?

Gearbound at Central Station accept lycra for sure :-) and there used to be a lycra/rubber night at the Lord Clyde in Deptford but unsure if that one survived the reshuffle recently.

Difficult - some people will *always* use social media/faceless interactions to be dicks, because they can do so without consequence. Just.. have to weather them, really. You’ll get positive reactions too, key is to focus on the ones that are genuine and not just petty anonymous attacks.
