Hunnicutt works himself into a lather and runs around the house barking his head off. We're working on training him to associate fireworks with something more pleasant so they're not scary but it's a *long* road. He's just as bad with thunder.

My in-laws have opened their fairly firework-free apartment to us and Hunnicutt. He's on grandpa's bed sleeping like a baby even though he can hear a couple of them go off, as opposed to last night when various neighbor kids set them off for most of the day and made him lose his mind with terror.

No argument. Even the worst movie I've seen with him in it, the Barefoot Contessa, showcases just how electrically charismatic he was. He's only in the first and third acts and it's *noticeably* worse when he's not in it.
