Am I reading it wrong as it doesn’t seem that broad? It only exempts all interstate transport workers in the context of their employment? I sure would love a broad exemption for all people from that circus!
So if I’m understanding the state of the jurisprudence, the FAA makes it so every question in every dispute is arbitrable and states can’t do anything about it unless you drive the Wonder Bread parade float.
