Pleasantly surprised at how many people on C-SPAN Washington Journal wanted to talk about Loper Bright and Chevron this morning. Of course a self-selecting audience, but I expected the callers to be otherwise-focused.

The coup insurgency from the Far Right is on-going. The current locus of kinetic action is the judiciary. Hopefully, people will now realize that their entreaties to Roberts to "fix" the corruption of his fellow conservative Justices were laughingly naive. They will have to de dragged out of power.
