I thought they filed opinions concurring in judgement so, it's not like a big dissent on their part it seems

I feel like any time those three are in a dissent they’re effectively put in detention for eating paste. It makes the mental picture of the three of them easier to stomach. Can’t wait to see what their dissent looks like.
