Yup, I do wonder how much the lack of challenge to creeping fascism and the capture of the Supreme Court was about lack of vigour. And Biden's decline has seemed so accelerated that I think your scenarios are not improbable. I don't see how anyone thinks he'll get through four years.

As a starting point, I always try to give kind attributions. The kindest I can be is that Jill is struggling mightily with Joe's mortality herself & is in denial. But if yes, she needs to talk to someone about it bc what is happening does look cruel. It's damaging to both Joe & to the country.

Private sector hasn't built condos for families. "Thanks to federal & provincial political choices made in the 1980s & 1990s to severely cut the production of public, non-profit & co-op housing, the bulk of Canada’s new housing is built by the private sector more than in most other OECD countries.

Coyotes are attacking dogs up to 80 lbs & this was at 10:30 am. Wildlife expert says pack attacks are unusual & coyotes should be relocated. Nota bene: story shows a dog attack. Very upsetting. "Noble says he and his dog were chased through a wooded area of the park by as many as eight coyotes."
