This is the closest we have been to H5N1 making the leap and I now believe it will happen and will happen quickly. By the time we realize it has happened it will be too late to mitigate the initial wave. Start producing the vaccines now. TICK-TOCK.

In most hospitals any pretence of limiting the spread of illness is gone. Instead of learning from the ongoing pandemic it is has become like Lord of The Flies in a lot of facilities and we have lost 100 years of progress.
