For me TG desktop app is fine, but Premiere Pro is just unusable with g-sync turned on. I have 2 buttons on my Stream Deck just for turning g-sync off and back on, so I can actually edit videos

Thinking about how our brains often over emphasize the negatives and downplay the positives - seems like we kinda start that at an early age. Oh you got an A in math and a C in history? Wow that's terrible you really need to get that history grade up.

Have you tried setting a private DNS such as adguard? On Android under settings search for private dns and enter "dns.adguard-dns.com" without the quotes and compare. Just set this on mine a couple weeks ago and seems to be working great
