I am mildly inconvenienced so let me try and permanently maim a service worker. Also if she always drinks her coffee that hot she is most likely to develop throat cancer.

Her rationale was that she picked it up to drink at work, and she wanted it hot once she got there. The obvious answer is she needs to buy a freaking coffee maker for her office
