The judiciary has fucked the country with this, but I think you could reasonably argue that they’ve fucked themselves as well given how resulting legal chaos they will need to manage. The FedSoc vision is not a conservative one, but a reckless right-wing utopia born of dumb law-review abstractions.

They're going to bankrupt themselves sending flowers to the families of everyone who dies because an OSHA regulation, or an FDA rule or a USDA food inspection gets challenged in court. I don't think most of us realize how fucked we are.
