the hallucinations have made interlibrary loan a lot harder. Constantly having to explain to students that the articles AI found don't exist.

I really wish apps like #goodreads and #letterboxd would let you annotate your to read/watchlists. I have so many titles on both where I legit have no clue why things are listed. Did I read review? Friend recommendation? I sleepwalked? I would just like to know!

TBF, in the early 2000s, Wikipedia entries were often not that robust or well sourced. It's changed a lot.

I find it incredibly helpful. Lets me keep a watchlist, create lists, find films through the people I follow.

I remember watching the film and thinking, okay, this is interesting and then they got to the restaurant scene and the whole thing just gelled together for me and I was riveted. Finished it and rewatched like 2 more times.

As a recovering lawyer let me say if you have assets, children, or just people you care about, please make a will. I’ve had clients in serious long term relationships who discovered that when their partner died they were legal strangers.

Dealing with grief is tough enough. But if you don't leave a will/have made no arrangements, you're adding a whole other level of headache on your survivors. At least if you have an executor, someone is there who can pay the bills now from the estate.

No question. I think I'm just saying it makes sense for everyone to have one and to do proper estate planning.

I think it can also be helpful to do estate planning in such a way that some of your property doesn't need to go through probate. Making sure IRAs are payable on death, putting heirs on the deeds to property, etc. Obv these are not one size fits all solutions but something to think about.

Based on my personal experience (not a lawyer), it adds a whole other burden onto the survivors. It takes forever to go through probate, lots of paperwork, etc.
