Physically, in Jacksonville Floriduh, inspirationally…that is a constant challenge/exploration/transcendence that can shift in a nanosecond. Mostly, I’m in a peaceful place where laughter abounds.

I prefer movie soundtracks, classical, jazz - mostly MP3’s A Canadian crew, called Delerium, produced an amazing series of albums that I found inspirational. Also, many compositions by Eniggma.

The collection is alphabetical, by artist, group, or flavors like blues, jazz, Celtic, classical, doowop, wherein each artist/group is listed alphabetically. Hope you have fun exploring. For long distance runs (9+ hours each way from Key West to Jacksonville) I often started with random play.
