I also agree with this-especially in our current media climate-it would be impossible for anyone to say “i know i have limited time and want to make sure we’re positioned for the future” without “everyone” requiring he step aside now.

I was at a nodejs conference in vanbc when we watched a drone filming, and I lamented how drone cameras had put helicopter pilots out of work. One of the dudes there said something like “oh well, learn a new job” and I asked him “what happens when they automate software development?” (1/2)

After they got the tying goal they definitely got… grittier. They also spent less time playing out of the back, which helped. But man… it’s like sometimes i can see the gears moving while they try to decide what to do with the ball.
