Yeah. Judical nominees and SCOTUS are ten times more important, but... people don't seem to be listening to that, so it's easier to remind people they could be arrested just for sharing some NSFW art. That's what they're threatening.

People have forgotten Dobbs and how the SC threatened Obergefell in that opinion. It scared congress enough for them to pass the RFMA. The last 4 years they have consistently released terrible decisions whose opinions hint at releasing more terrible decisions.
