While I was at Target today, I checked out their PRIDE display. 1) Out of the way. I had to ask an employee to find it. 2) Tiny. 3) Very vague slogans. Multicolored stripes not from any version of the Pride flag. Nothing queer-centric. 4) This is in one of the gayest cities in the US.

The one here wasn't out of the way, but it also at least felt smaller than what they had last year? And after they had those nice rainbow nutcrackers for sale during the Xmas season, too. (I bought one. It is INCREDIBLY TACKY but hey, that just goes with the rest of my Xmas decor!)
