I'm really glad my narration schedule was moved from Tuesdays to the weekend. It gives me the chance to review the script over morning coffee, make any notes I need to help with tone, etc., and then I can get in the 'booth' with none of that post-workday bleh setting in.

I've been using Audacity since I first tried my hand at podcasting. I still use it to this day for all my recording needs, from YouTube to training courses for work. Clean, simple, and powerful.

Ok, that was interesting. I finished narrating the script for the next Pexto video, but the script came in over 3 days (2 people one day, 2 people the next, and the remaining 4 today). It's gonna be another good one, I can tell :)

A couple of weeks ago I bought a StreamDeck Mini to see if it could help me with some of my more repetitive work tasks. While the store has a lot of templates available, I've been programming hotkeys and multifunction macros in it specific for what I need. I have to say, I'm enjoying it.

This is huge :O I admit I knew nothing about mRNA vaccines until COVID hit (Moderna recipient BTW. Thanks ;) ), but now, hearing this, it's a little mind-boggling. This could be the beginning of that ray of hope for people.

I have no intention of ever purchasing a Playstation, so why should I need a PSN account to play a PC game? I've a feeling Sony just nuked one of their hottest games from orbit, all for the sake of boosting their own network numbers.

OK, I'm not normally one to complain about a lot of things, but for the first time ever, I'm requesting a refund from a Steam game: Helldivers 2. Apparently, Sony is requiring players ON PC to have a Sony Playstation account by May 30. New players will have to have a PSN account just to play it now

A friend of mind had one and I rode in it a few times. It was a good vehicle, and one I would have bought given the opportunity. Also heard about Tesla trucks in Winnipeg, and how they're rusting out because of the snow plows and the salt. Welcome back to the 1970's
