The reason I don't talk about the recent "anti-woke" adult cartoon trend is they're all the same. They're badly written, barely coherent in their points, and there for rage clicks. It's why I'm not posting photos here. Any kind of social media buzz is good for them at the end of the day.

I feel like the assumption was always that the cutoff was 2000 when, for god's sake, they were willing to air Duck Dodgers, and yet the complaints weren't directed to that show despite being from around the same time as some of the Scooby stuff they got.

For starters, the fact that the trailer had a rocket lodged in the soundstage to the right of the tower and it not being there now means it was one of the many, many references to upcoming fighters. Yakko, Wakko and Dot confirmed.

Now, he wasn't THE person to suggest this. That was another exec. But enough demands from the higher ups to make Pinky and The Brain a calm sitcom definitely boiled to the surface. But that's not the only reason I do not respect him.

Pokemon, as it's been said, was cheaper to localize than it was to produce the $500,000 per segment Animaniacs, Pinky and The Brain and the like. But that wasn't all. He also was one of the folks who demanded this.

Jamie Kellner did a lot of good for media. I mean, he helped found the Fox network, and with it, The Simpsons. But his post 1993 career leaves a lot to be desired.
