Day 12 of working out - every scheduled day in a row (days off between) deadbug holds, gluten bridges, squats, inverted rows, and pushups, 2-3 sets of each, 10-12 reps. Body is recovering faster every time. Still barrier to start every day but none to finishing.

Literally "yes" - a lot of people who are Gym People have reward pathways set up where their brain remembers and craves the various feel-good chemicals working out produces. Whereas I can't remember what that feels like if they're not in my system already.

... what feels like an aspect of bottom dysphoria and desire to correct it that cis people don't get is, at least for me but I suspect many others, it's basically unrelated to fucking. Not to get too graphic, but I've never bottomed, never been with someone with a penis.
