It’s rained a lot in Metro Detroit. Still raining but the garden looks so healthy and the grass looks like a golf course. Windy and perfect temperature. It’s not hot like a large part of America. It’s good Beagle weather.

I remember when America’s trains and buses worked. Amtrak and Greyhound and it was super affordable and dependable. Now it’s almost completely broken. Mass transit in America is terrible compared to the rest of the world.

It sounds interesting but complicated. My boy was trying to teach me the games he liked and I kept saying these seem hard what about pong or centipede instead. 😆 D&D you have to be smart enough to get into that.

Milo would grab the fancy feast. I gave him his first one and he loves it and begs for me to get him that food. He would need three to four cans a day. Those are expensive. Frank and Joe expect only the best. 😆

That how many episodes I have per hour. 55+ means you stop breathing that many times per hour. It takes awhile to get use to those machines. I use a bi pap and bought a So Clean for easy cleaning. Sleep Apnea can really disrupt sleep and health.

Thanks they seem to be figuring out how to treat long COVID at a very slow pace. When I stand up my heart goes to 150 and I almost pass out. Pacemaker is suppose to fix that.

It is super hard getting help for COVID & even finding doctors who take it serious. I have had a few doctors who are anti vaccine in my journey. I was in serious vital stats if they couldn’t correct it fast. Constantly under 90 in blood oxygen, 200+ in blood pressure then 40’s resting heart rate.

I had a PlayStation but my son borrowed it and never gave it back and we had a Wii and my daughter borrowed that. Borrowed to kids means I am taking it. 😆

Hopefully you will start feeling better. Getting help sure isn’t what I would call easy. I had to drive to U of M an hour away one way before I started getting help I could feel.

Long COVID is weird. I have all kinds of GI issues, ulcers and pain in my upper right quadrant. They treated the pain well but now it means taking two extra pills a day and they got my lungs working better but have me using a machine. You might survive COVID but it sure can change ur life.

Our towns fireworks are tonite and they lite them off in our backyard for an hour tonite and the pets are not gonna like it one bit. Me either I like sleeping on a old man schedule 10 pm 😴

I will have to get P95’s because I have N95’s and the smoke is from fireworks. My watch has an air quality alert so I know how bad the air is all the time. Last year we got up to 356.

I have lung issues and difficulty breathing often so I watch the air quality and on bad days I avoid being out much and keep my air cleaner on and AC on plus I wear a mask. Almost all of Detroit has really bad air today.

4th of July in Kotzebue: Baby contest, Miss Arctic Circle, & Arctic Circle contests started last night. Baby contest is named after my Aunt Louvie, master sewer and my dad's hunting partner until she passed in 2007/8. My cousin Shyena Lie is in the first baby pic, then representations of diff styles

He walks real good on a leash and that’s how I taught him voice commands. He was walking outside when he was tiny. He is an indoor cat and only goes out when people can watch him and he wears an Air Tag. Numosh 🐶 wears a GPS tracker also.

He does like climbing trees so that sometimes becomes a problem getting him down. He is still young so he is very curious about everything.
