They all shared space at "The Studio," their loft art space in Chelsea in NYC. This was back when a loft could be had for peanuts. The 4th member was Barry Windsor Smith. Too bad he didn't contribute a panel. L-R: Bernie, Jones, Kaluta, Barry.

This looks like a 1970s progressive rock band straight out of Almost Famous. BWS is the "I am a golden god" frontman.

They did an art book at the time. called 'In the Studio' appropriately enough and it is gorgeous.
