using this software for job applications, which most companies do, is its own Kafkaesque experience and a significant reason why applying for jobs is so incredibly painful and mentally taxing for me. I seriously hate it so much

There were times during my recent search I'd click Apply and get taken to Workday, then immediately backed out and decided to check a different company because holy god you couldn't pay me to fill it out again

I hate it so much I've been searching for a job in tech since I graduated March in of last year and the number of myworkday accounts that I've made is easily more than 50 at this point. I've filled out the same stupid form so many times and the resume autofill fucks up every time without fail
