6/28 Morning Consult | Trump 44, Biden 45 (Biden +1)
This is not a meaningful change.
I think this constitutes cherry picking, but even if we take this at face value it's pretty bad that Biden missed one of the few high-profile opportunities to change the trajectory of the election (where with either of these results he'd lose the EC).
I think a lot of people still believe there would be some national consensus against Trump if Dems just found the right candidate. It's going to be a bitter, slogging, nailbiter.
