In February, the two lots were put up for sale as a single package for $3.25 million. While the pickleball lot eventually sold for $1 million, the Mooty home next door is still on the market at $2.1 million.

The funny part is he'd already built it, then got denied seeking a retroactive variance at the zoning board of adjustment. But he was able to win his appeal at the city council. Nobody put up a fight. I think I remember he had his immediate neighbors write in support.

Remember the former Dairy Queen CEO who bought and demolished the house next door — then built a pickleball court to prevent someone from turning it into a triplex? He just sold the pickleball court lot for redevelopment: "fantastic spot for a new build."

In addition to using multiple accounts to regurgitate the same lines, Becker has used one of them to praise herself in the third person. "It was good that Becker did this," Becker wrote about an action she took while a member of the city's Board of Estimate & Taxation in 2017.
