Like, from my perspective I had extra information that confirmed my delusion. I couldn't believe my partner remained unconvinced. He calmed me down by pointing out that Indy wasn't barking, which we've found to be a very good calming method for me

I get hypnagogic hallucinations a lot. Last night it was someone phasing thru the bedroom wall so I woke up my partner, who said I was dreaming, go back to sleep. Later I woke up again w the same vision & yelled AHA I WAS RIGHT. I think that's why I'm good at understanding conspiracy theorists.

The nuttiest thing about the Neil Gaiman thing is that his defense was "I didn't sexually assault anyone! I, a 60-year old rich and powerful man, simply finger banged my children's 20-year old nanny in a bathtub within hours of first meeting her. Consensually! This is normal behavior."
