So many people I know get ground down by webcomics because they have to make a million things that arenโ€™t the comic to fund the production of the comic, but that saps all their energy for comics. They need to do cons to promote the comic, but they need a billion pieces of plastic garbage to do cons

It was also to reduce the costs being paid to manage two tiers of government - city and county/region. Another plank of Mike Harris' "Common Sense Revolution" that was anything but.
