A couple of book experiences: I'm not a "finished it in one day!" kind of reader, but I finished @danielkraus.bsky.social 's WHALEFALL in one day. I almost ran out of gas because I was so caught up in the audiobook of @tananarivedue.bsky.social 's THE WISHING POOL. Not exaggerating. Odometer on 0.

As I look at a common components in three future books I'm writing or planning to write, I feel like sharing the following: I'm subbed to multiple tornado-centric YouTube channels; other than xenomorphs, I've had more nightmares about tornadoes than anything else in my life.
