I have had some awful experiences with doctors, but my primary right now is amazing! She is out of network though so I can't afford to see her on the regular. I'm referring to *waves to the world*.

I could have been shot in the stomach with my insides pouring out, and that would be the same answer, though. It's always diabetes (and it's assumed I don't take care of myself) or it's menopause. Oh sorry. PERImenopause which is just menopause but with the added bonus of my period each month.

I wouldn't necessarily think it was easier for you. Losing memory and/or never having it is tough. It's really tough. Mine was thrown out with the PTSD dish water, and then menopause took the rest. Now I'm just told, "Welcome to menopause." and am dismissed.

I didn't think I'd live beyond 30 but I'm about to turn 34 & I think my biggest tip for others unprepared for life beyond 30- would be to try to build a community around yourself because even if you can't imagine life beyond 30, you'll have good people in your corner & it makes all the difference.

I'm very proud. I said I was going to do something today, and I not only did it, I added more! It's just laundry, but my husband does it on the weekends because it's easier for him to go downstairs. I'm not only doing the weekly washing, but I'm washing extra! And it's only 7:30 AM. 😊

I don't know what :-? Means. It's being read out by my screen reader. I meant when someone has a picture, of say a cat playing, and they don't say it's a cat. They say it's a tiger, and it's doing the YMCA. Similar but not, and not what is in the picture.

We got extra cannabis for tonight and tomorrow, and we have earplugs, a rain machine, and a fan. Unfortunately, he has to work fri and being up all night with fireworks means Friday will be rough. Like everyday the past week and next week. Fireworks should be illegal. Fuck them and their fun.
