In Brooklyn, you will find numbered streets in Williamsburg (n & s), park slope, the navy yard, bath beach (bay), and gravesend (w & e); there are also numbered avenues in multiple neighborhoods. In queens we just change the last part (e.g. 21st St, Dr, Rd, and Ave)

This is fair, but I think you have to look at why people disengage. For a lot of people, there isn’t an effective form of politics. Membership in the dem party gives you the right to vote in the primary—that’s it, the only way you can have any influence (unless you’re rich or connected).

There was no path to get a nomination through a hostile senate (McConnell said he would block it). I’ve seen people argue that coattails gets a senate majority but the senate race margins in WI and PA were greater than the presidential so pretty unlikely

Yeah, if trump wins, the Supreme Court loses all its power. Only dems are obliged to respect sc decisions—they just gave trump permission to ignore them. They either rubber stamp what he wants or he replaces them (or gets rid of the court altogether). I’m not sure they really thought this through
