Yeah, I wasn't being snarky...my doctor told me I need to "reduce my waist circumference" and I'm all for it...I have no idea how, and all the conflicting food info has left me with an ED...I just don't eat much

OARS has been operating since 2019 on volunteers & a very VERY small amount of movement grants. It navigates more people every day that ANY single fund, clinic or entity, yet no one thinks this is worth giving money to support. It is the ONLY way someone can find assistance anonymously. FUND IT!

My Juggling Prop of the Day today is the Juggling Club. Though they come in many colors and shapes they all use the same concept. Torches, knives, and clubs all have a handle and an opposing end. By far my favorite thing about clubs is passing them with my lovely partner. 🤹
