I haven’t written a lot about Alito’s flags. But here’s the thing: the reason most of us don’t know about these flags, including a lot of right of center people, is that we don’t hang out in very online weirdo right communities or on specific Facebook pages or watch OANN.

In this rare case of discipline against federal prosecutors, the top D.C. court decided to be lenient against the line prosecutors because of their supervisors' "deficient" conduct. One of those supervisors now oversees DOJ's Office of Professional Responsibility.
