Devs/users of some programs still love to say "well the project is open source, you can fix/change it yourself if you don't like it" and it drives me up a wall (and why I despise/will never use Godot, its creator and community are *filled* with that)

It's in me and if it stays there, it will eat me. I'm not even *good* at it (at least not by my own taste) and have a habit of letting things drop after about 75% (I'm as mad as anyone about it) but it's still happening. Always. Forever. It's wild and it wants out and it is my life.

Forgot to post these yesterday! Been working on some object models while waiting on a character design from an artist I commissioned. So far I got a barstool, lamp, table, and bench. I know they're not the greatest models in the world but they're fun to make! #unrealengine5 #blender #gamedev #NPR

Honestly though I appreciate games that actually use the DS/3DS in any kind of efficient way. TWEWY is number one for me, but I enjoy the Ranger dynamic too.

Bonus points - Support for higher resolution images; my art is high res, and I hate that I have to crunch it down on some sites. - Images remaining in their native format; no more JPGed PNGs, so backgroundless art doesn't become blinding with pure white.

yeah so that project was a complete waste of time. not like i've done any development before either but they didn't even have a plan. gonna be working on my own design docs for a while and see what sticks out to me as a 2nd or 3rd project after i learn some programming.
