noticed the ad serving code is minified next to legitimate code in the bundle, so it'd have to be either supply chain or on purpose searched GitHub for the domain and it's a good match to an unminified sample from a dev who hates their users yeah this is definitely on purpose

apparently these domains are from a place called Adsterra that a lot of projects purposefully use for generating ad revenue so for all I know the devs just really hate their users and there was no compromise
