If we're talking about -today- this is totally accurate. If we're talking about hypothetical near term scenarios where the supreme court issues more extreme opinions that fundamentally undermine government, I think there are options way short of kidnapping and killing people that are still extreme

Oh he definitely can’t, and nothing in Trump v US allows him to, outside of the hypothetical of kidnapping or killing members of Congress until the rump body that’s left will approve what he wants.
