They'll just start shoving things in front of SCOTUS. That's why all these ID verification laws are being passed. Eventually, they want to get to the point where they can basically rule anything they don't like as obscene.

Right, well, SCOTUS definitely doesn’t move that fast. And SCOTUS hasn’t been entirely on their side lately despite a 6-3 conservative majority. We’ve been here before with obscenity cases before SCOTUS, and it didn’t go the way they wanted it to. Porn *is* a 1A issue, no matter what they say.
