It really depends on the story you want to tell. Based on the framing, it sounds like you're envisioning stories that could benefit from multiple POVs: big sprawling tales where the overarching plot is more important than any one character's arc. Let the story decide.

Yeah it’s that for sure. I’m torn, it sort of has all three in different sections at the moment. I think a character per chapter is a harmonious compromise all other variables held constant. Was wondering if there was more publisher/pro writing insight into how and why we choose one over the other
