The ideal size for the Supreme Court is "so big you don't know all of their names anymore." So big it has to hold oral arguments in RFK Stadium. So big that when one of them dies nobody will care.

If Biden came out swinging today and (1) announced an expansion of the court and had 3 new justices named for hearings on Monday and (2) demanded congressional hearings on Thomas and Alito ethics violations …
I’d think … “Huh. Perhaps that guy could get reelected again. Cool.”

my solution is yes everyone keeps adding them BUT they only get the one building and no expansions. just keep adding them till its floor to ceiling and their bones crack.
