A makeshift outdoor tub, that she didn't backpedal on being naked in! I'm NOT saying he was morally pure, because ARGH, he was at best oblivious to maybe she'd feel coerced! But would he have pushed at a "Wait, outside? I don't want to be naked outside." Unknown. That's the skeevy/predator line.
