One can show PRECISELY how fascists hijacked mainstream discourse in 2016 using The Bad Site. And then show how moderation and kicking Trump off The Bad Site may have been all that prevented civil war. So ... I'm not convinced.

That it accomplishes anything? Or doesn't accomplish anything? I'm hung up on that word. What exactly this all "accomplishes" is open to interpretation. Words still better than bullets. I'm going down yelling my head off. I suggest every real person out there do the same. 😉
