Does this petition allow relatives of New Yorkers who live at and is a resident of another state to sign? Because I'd happily sign it. I visit that state every few years and love visiting to see family and the sights, it'd be sad to see its' Library service cut. I wanna help.

The NYPL was invaluable to me when I lived in the city. Disgraceful they're trying to cut the library's budget in this way. Maybe if they quit giving all the city's money to fucking cops they'd have enough!!!!
