something like that would have to look into movie financing. but depending on style, it might be achievable. I know Jonni Phillips did a movie length thing. it would probably do well on a film festival circuit. so it's a more traditional route with some clearer paths

Movie financing seems more attainable than a sustained crowdfunding and merchandise campaign for a long running show tbh There was also Denver Johnson’s The Worlds Divide that I think premiered at Annecy that’s a feature, which I think had some crowdfunding but was largely out his savings/own time.
