I am generally not "full doomer" though it's definitely hard to feel like anything we do can ever make a difference at scale rn, but it is important to also remember that you can make small differences in peoples lives by being involved in your community and should try to, no matter what.

Just a nit, but the constitution doesn’t grant the court the ability to do any of this. They granted themselves the power in Marbury vs. Madison, and originalism demands that the other two branches now disregard every SC finding until it’s added as an amendment - precedent doesn’t matter.
