It didn’t design a test, just a couple of guidelines for lower courts to use: 1) official acts are things your office entitles you to do, and you’ve got absolute immunity for some of those, presumptive for others; 2) courts can’t consider your motive for doing official acts

Thanks! I actually just heard a pretty good explainer on the radio. Seems there is miles of gray area which is scary.
