Interesting and valid, though I disagree pretty strongly. However, SNW doing basically the TOS theme in a new arrangement is extremely good

It's the rhythm section which gives it such a unique feel. People focus on the brass and strings but in back it's this bossa nova thing. It's quite Lalo Shcifrin.
