There was a bill in VA about this, I don't think it passed. The complaint from yard work companies was "but we'd have to recharge, like, SO MUCH.". The horror!

Ironically, if you had a C: drive, you probably didn't have a B: drive. You only needed two floppy drives if you didn't have a hard drive.

Other channels have reported this happening as well. They'll turn comments back on, only to find them switched off again after 10 minutes. Could be a bug, could be a "feature" someone is abusing, or someone could have your password.
