I think the new antidepressants were working for me. Now that I've gone without them for a while due to a lapse in health insurance (thanks MetLife for being shit at your job) I think I feel more dips in mood. It SEEMS like I'm headed in the right direction with meds, so yay!

I seriously need to figure out how to bring the intensity I can dig up during leg days and apply it to every other body part. I just can't seem to get the same level of intensity in any other muscle group and it's frustrating x.x
