Okay okay okay okay... So. This actually *does* make you historically queer as a woman. When the fork was introduced to the Germanic/Norse areas of Europe, it was regarded as unmanly because Real Men(TM) just used a knife for stabby-eating purposes. Socially, forks were just for women.
