Wenn du wüsstest wie entspannt Beschwerdestelllen sind.... Oh der Kunde brüllt, Kopfhörer auf die Seite, wenn es ruhig wird, nochmal nachfragen ob die Person deutlicher und lauter sprechen könnte, man hätte Sie nicht verstanden. Dafür brauchts keine KI nur Erfahrung.
