If he was up by 10 points & the debate wasn’t key to his campaign’s strategy to change the trajectory of the race & shape media attention, him doing an avg. job & the excuses: sick, too tired would probably work. Instead we got a week of coverage about his dementia & historic low approval rating.

I don’t want Biden to step down so we can have Kamala even though she would be better than him. I think she should be given Sotomayor’s seat on the SCOTUS and then we can have a start fresh.

For warehouses we put 1-3 people to keep the required parking low, going with whatever is higher is definitely a parking mandate increase.

I read it.

Under PRC-D for warehouses. it used to just be 1 per 3 employees now its 1 per 3 employees or 1 per 2k SF whichever number is higher, House of worship used to be none, now its 1 per 15 ppl, Grocery used to be 1 per 300 now 1 per 200 etc...

The roll out has begun for Mayor Eric Adams “City of Yes” supposedly its going to waive parking for new residential. I have yet to see it, so far the changes made last month increase parking requirements for warehouses & supermarkets. I have no idea why we are increasing parking mandates.
